EBC Brakes Continues Support of BYR / Fogi Racing in 2012

Like so many other sponsors from 2011, EBC Brakes are continuing their support for BYR / Fogi Racing into 2012 for the Daytona Sportbike Championship. The brake pads the BYR / Fogi Team will be using are the GPFA pads.
EBC have stated “The GPFA pads are TOO GRIPPY for street use and are race only brake pads”.
Garry Gallagher, EBC race tech engineer was at Daytona 2011 with 200 sets of the new GPFA pads and was running these on every bike they could….the result…..100% good news.
The new GPFA compound impressed all levels of riders including eventual race winners and the OK was given to our Ohio factory to go ahead producing quantities of the new GPFA pads for our global locations.
The team is delighted with the continued support and they know their rider Ben Young is comfortable and familiar with the product.
